We have a fourteen day returns policy for all goods in the unlikely event that you decide not to keep it. In order to qualify, the goods must be unused and need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be based on the payment information provided when the order was placed and will not include any delivery charges.

Any goods delivered broken or damaged must be notified to us within 2 days of delivery and must be returned within 7 days. We will exchange the product with free delivery once returned to us.

No refunds will be given on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Exchange of goods is permitted with the same conditions and timescales as for refunds. If the new item is more expensive an additional charge will be made before the exchange.
