When you place an order via this website you enter into a legally binding contract with us and agree to these terms and conditions. You must be over 18 years old.
English law applies to all orders placed on this website; any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales. Total liability for any claim against Regent & Orient Ltd. shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.
When you order from us we will confirm your order, including prices and dispatch date. Our delivery timescales are dependent on our delivery company but will normally be within 1-3 days within the UK.
For items out of stock you will be given the options of waiting for the delivery, selecting something else (in stock) or have your payment returned.
We use cultured freshwater pearls in our jewellery range. The nature of pearls means that each item is individual in terms of exact size, shape and colour and can therefore vary for the same product.
No prior notice is given for price changes.
Gift Certificates can not be exchanged for cash.
